Requirements

I. Everyone will get an education 

Back in the prison, nobody had education. They didn't know what they didn't know. That was a major factor that kept them trapped. In order to prevent anything like that mindset being repeated, a second time, it was agreed that you must have an education.

II. You will dedicate heart and soul to the well-being of your society and its members

If you obey this rule and think of the strength and healthiness of your society and its members in all you say, do, and think, no harm would befall it/them. 

III. All citizens must attend the meetings (unless disability or illness prevents them)

It is important for members to be present at Block meetings, Pantrie meetings, City State meetings, and Nation State meetings. It allows everyone to have a say in their government and helps inspire a feeling of unity and patriotism.

IIII.  All land and food will be community property.

There will be a food committee consisting of thirty members that will be responsible for the dispension of food.  This helps allow for the feeling of community and gratitude.

V. If ever a need arises, all abled young men should sign up for the military

If YellowUtopia was ever under attack, the young men of this society (and women, as well) ages 18-45 should enlist in the military. It is their duty to protect their families and homes.

VII. All religions will be tolerated and accepted.  Citizens should regard other religions with civility and respect.
